Devon Borg won the AAAS 2025 Student E-Poster Competition in the Brain and Behavior category as an undergraduate student for his presentation on “aSynuclein Differentially Regulates Dopamine Transmission in the Midbrain.”
Matthew Chao won the 2026 College of Medicine Celebration of Research Undergraduate Poster Competition for his presentation of “Sex- and Region-Specific Impact of Prenatal Methamphetamine Exposure on Dopaminergic Neuroimmune Interactions.”
Hannah Ciupe won the best poster award in the Neurodegeneration category at the 2026 NCF SfN Annual Conference for her presentation of “Midbrain dopamine neuronal activity modulates splenic immunity through a brain-to-body circuit.”
